Mechanical & Performance Requirements
Aligned to A53 Grade A/B strength levels (TS 330/415 MPa, YS 205/240 MPa); zinc coating mass per A153 class with thickness verification per A90; threaded/grooved joint compatibility.
Dimensional Tolerances
OD/wall per A530 schedule framework; galvanized coating weight min per class; grooved-end dimensional compatibility for couplings.
NDE & Hydrostatic Testing
Hydrostatic test each length; NDE of ERW weld seam per A53-style electric test; coating adhesion checks.
