Welded steel pipes are manufactured by shaping steel plates or coils and welding the edges together. They are the most cost-effective choice for large-diameter pipelines and widely used across oil & gas, water supply, construction, and infrastructure projects.
CREATEEL produces four types of welded pipes — ERW, LSAW, SSAW, and Square/Rectangular — with OD ranging from 21.3mm to 3620mm, serving project requirements in over 60 countries.

What Is Welded Steel Pipe?
Welded steel pipes are produced by bending steel plates or coils into a cylindrical shape and welding the seam. Depending on the welding process and the raw material form, welded pipes are classified into several types, each suited to different applications.
Compared to seamless pipes, welded pipes offer larger diameters at lower cost and are available in longer lengths. Modern welding technology ensures weld seam quality that meets the most demanding pipeline standards including API 5L PSL1/PSL2.
