Mechanical & Performance Requirements
TS 320–460 MPa framework (grade-dependent); wall series M (medium), H (heavy); threads per ISO 7-1; galvanizing per EN ISO 1461 or EN 10240 coating quality A.1.
Dimensional Tolerances
M/H wall classes per table; OD fixed to thread-compatible series (e.g. 26.9×2.6); length classes (6000 mm typical); zinc coating mass per quality class.
NDE & Hydrostatic Testing
Hydrostatic or electromagnetic leaktightness test per EN 10246-1; thread gauging; coating adherence checks.
