Forged Steel Products
High-performance open-die and closed-die forged steel products including round bars, profiled forgings, tool & die steel, bearing steel, automobile steel, and stainless & heat-resistant grades — engineered for critical load-bearing applications.
Forged Steel Products
Createel supplies a full spectrum of forged steel products manufactured from high-quality EAF-LF-VD refined steel. Our forging capabilities cover open-die forging for large round bars (up to 1200 mm diameter) and closed-die forging for near-net-shape profiled components. Every forging is heat treated (normalized / annealed / quenched & tempered) and 100% ultrasonically inspected to ensure internal soundness, making our products ideal for heavy-duty applications in oil & gas, power generation, marine, heavy machinery, and aerospace.
Manufacturing Process
Our forged steel products are produced through a 12-step forging process combining controlled heating, precision open/closed-die forging, tailored heat treatment, and CNC finish machining to achieve superior metallurgical structure and dimensional accuracy.

Frequently Asked Questions
What forging capabilities do you have?+
Open-die forging from 100 kg to 30+ tons ingots, ring rolling, and closed-die options, with in-house heat treatment (normalizing, quench & temper) and full machining.
What materials do you forge?+
Carbon steels, alloy steels (42CrMo4, 34CrNiMo6, 17CrNiMo6), stainless (304/316/410/17-4PH), and specialty grades per customer specification.
What standards and certifications do you work to?+
EN 10228 NDT, ASTM/ASME material specs, EN 10204 3.1/3.2 certification, and classification society survey (LR, DNV, ABS, BV) for marine items.
How is internal quality verified in forgings?+
100% ultrasonic testing (EN 10228-3/-4), grain size and inclusion ratings, mechanical tests, and Jominy where applicable — all heat-traceable.
What machining can you do on forgings?+
Rough and finish turning, boring, drilling, honing, and complete machined supply to drawing with final dimensional reports.
What is the typical lead time for forged products?+
Standard material forgings 4–8 weeks; custom forged-and-machined components 8–16 weeks depending on size and testing. Contact us for a firm quotation.
What is the minimum order quantity?+
From single pieces for custom forgings to production runs — quoted per item based on weight, material, and testing scope.
Can you forge to my drawing with 3.2 certification?+
Yes — we supply to drawing with third-party (TUV/BV/LR/DNV) witness testing and EN 10204 3.2 certification.
Do you provide heat treatment certificates?+
Yes — charts and records for normalizing, quenching, and tempering cycles, with hardness and mechanical test results per lot.
What information should I provide for a forging quotation?+
Drawing or weight, material grade, heat treatment condition, testing scope (UT, mechanical, 3.2), and quantity — we respond with price and lead time.
