Mechanical & Performance Requirements
P11: TS 415 MPa / YS 205 MPa; P22: TS 415 MPa / YS 205 MPa; P91: TS 585 MPa / YS 415 MPa; hardness caps (P91 ≤250 HV10 / 248 HB); heat treatment per grade (P91 normalize ≥1040 °C + temper).
Dimensional Tolerances
OD ±1% (NPS 2+), wall −12.5% min-wall basis per A530; straightness and end-squareness per A530; product-analysis tolerances per A751.
NDE & Hydrostatic Testing
100% hydrostatic per A530 tables; NDE (ultrasonic full-body longitudinal + transverse, or eddy-current) required for P91/heavy-wall by practice; hardness testing per heat.
