Mechanical & Performance Requirements
STKR400: TS ≥400 MPa, YS ≥245 MPa, elongation ≥23% (No.5 specimen); STKR490: TS ≥490 MPa, YS ≥325 MPa, elongation ≥23%; thin-wall (<8 mm) elongation deduction 1.5%/mm per Table 4.
Dimensional Tolerances
Section tolerance ±1% typical on width/height; wall −10%; corner radii by thickness; straightness per JIS structural practice.
NDE & Hydrostatic Testing
Tension per lot; weld soundness via production control; no mandatory NDE — galvanized option (per JIS G 3302 strip input).
