Coated Steel Pipe
Professional pipe coating solutions — 3PE, FBE, Epoxy, Galvanized — for oil & gas, water supply and infrastructure pipelines.
Coating Solutions Overview
Steel pipe coatings are applied to the external and/or internal surface of a pipe to protect against corrosion caused by soil, water, chemicals, or the transported medium. The coating system is selected based on operating temperature, soil conditions, and project specification.
Three-layer polyethylene (3PE) is the most common external coating for buried oil and gas pipelines, offering superior mechanical protection and long service life. FBE is preferred for high-temperature applications. Galvanized coatings are used for structural and water supply pipes.
