Createel supplies a full spectrum of forged steel products manufactured from high-quality EAF-LF-VD refined steel. Our forging capabilities cover open-die forging for large round bars (up to 1200 mm diameter) and closed-die forging for near-net-shape profiled components. Every forging is heat treated (normalized / annealed / quenched & tempered) and 100% ultrasonically inspected to ensure internal soundness, making our products ideal for heavy-duty applications in oil & gas, power generation, marine, heavy machinery, and aerospace.
Manufacturing Process
Our forged steel products are produced through a 12-step forging process combining controlled heating, precision open/closed-die forging, tailored heat treatment, and CNC finish machining to achieve superior metallurgical structure and dimensional accuracy.
